Lot area variance to allow a rebuild on a lot which is 0.47 acres in size when 0.50 <br />acres is normally required. <br />2. Hardcover variance to allow 38.6^o hardcover in the 75-250* zone when 38.8% <br />currently e.xists and 25"/o is normally allowed. <br />Staff Recommendation: Staff recommendations the follow ing: <br />1. Approval of the lot area variance to allow a rebuild on a lot which is 0.47 acres in size <br />when 0.50 acres is normally allowed. <br />2. Lot coverage. In all zoning districts, for all lots of 0-1.99 acres in total <br />area, the total combined footprint areas of all principal and accessory structures shall not <br />exceed 15 percent of the lot area.
