Hardcover variance to permit 30.1% hardcover within the 75’-250’ zone when 25% is <br />allowed, 44.91% currently exi.sts and 29.9% was approved by variance in 1999. <br />(7'he hardcover percentage is larger than what appears in the Planning Commission report and <br />the 1999 variance resolution.
