Also enclosed is the SI200.00 application fee. <br />As you are aware, we are seeking to preserve our lakeshore from ongoing erosion. To do <br />so, we seek to add to existing boulders along approximately 25 feet of lakeshore. Further, <br />we seek to level a small portion of land (between our deck and the lake drop-off) and <br />plant perennial vegetation there (as this area of land has been unable to grow grass due <br />primarily to erosion, lack of sunlight and lack of proper sccdtug/vegetation). In addition, <br />we would like to add small retaining walls to further prevent erosion along our lakefront. <br />Our landscaper, EvBek, has prepared an illustration of the proposed work, along w ith a <br />written description in the foim of a bid/proposal, both of which are enclosed for your <br />review. <br />In order to complete our application, we have requested a Certified Property Owner ’s List <br />from Hennepin County. A list, labels and map w-ill be mailed directly to your office <br />within a few days from Hennepin. Please forward the $25.00 invoice to us (which <br />Hennepin County will be enclosing w ith the information). <br />Should you need any additional information, please do not hesitate to contact us at the <br />above telephone number.
