a. Tree for tree replacement of all trees and understory vegetation within 75' <br />of Lake Minnetonka; and <br />b. Tree for tree replacement of all trees and understory vegetation removed <br />from the City right-of-way and the neighboring property within 75’ of <br />Lake Miimetonka; and <br />e. Replacement tree diameter may be detennined by the Landscape Architect <br />and approved by City Staff; however deciduous trees shall meet a <br />minimum of 3" diameter and coniferous trees must be at least 6 ’ in height. <br />d. The replacement tree species shall generally match those removed; and <br />c. Replacement tree locations should generally match locations of those <br />removed; and <br />f. A covenant shall be filed requiring replacement of dead or dying trees and <br />allowing for City monitoring until the trees have reached 6" in diameter. <br />The updated survey, lairdscapc restoration plan and restoration schedule must be received <br />and approved by City Staff and City Council before any final City Council action will <br />be taken on your application 04-3052. City Staff will be inspecting your property on a <br />regular basis to ensure that the erosion control methods are installed and remain in place <br />until the restoration is complete.
