Leslie indicated it is impossible to say <br />definitely whether the encroachment would be allowed given the fact that the plans need to be revised. <br />Ralm staled the Planmiig Commission needs to look at the plans overall, and recoinmcndcd the <br />applicant continue working with staff to reduce the amount of proposed hardcover. <br />Leslie indicated it appears likely that llicic may be some variance granted for hardcover given the <br />restrictions of the lot, but that the applicant needs to take steps to reduce the hardcover dowm to <br />something that is more leasoiiablc for the lot. <br />Kempf stated he generally is in favor of setback variances that have no negative impact on the <br />neighbors. <br />Rahn reiterated the Planning Commission needs to look at the plans as a whole, and inqiiited whether <br />the applicant would like to table his apphc.ntiun. <br />Vogstrom requested his application be tabled. <br />Rahn moved.
