Kimberly <br />Dawn Toewe has siiceessfiilly compleied all phases of the hiring process which includcil <br />physical fitness and written exams, an interview process, and a thorough hackgromul \\ ith a <br />medical and psychological evaluation. <br />Ms. Towe is 2.1 years old and resides in Cohasset. MN with her parents. She graduated from the <br />University of Minncsota-Duluth in 2(K)3 with a Bachcloi of Arts degree in criminology. She <br />completed Skills in 2004 with I libbing Community College. She played four years of varsity <br />basketball for the University of Minncsota-Duluth and was the team captain m 200.1. She has <br />worked as a human resouree offieer working with at-risk students in the hasca School System. <br />She has a coaching certificate and is an assistant woman’s basketball coach for Itasca <br />(’ommunity College. She completed a 300 hour internship vMth the St. Louis County Police <br />Department. <br />She is interested in the Orono Police Department because she sees it as a very nice community <br />and is interested in growing with the department. Kim’s one year goal is to learn police work <br />and she promises to become an honest, hardworking, reliable ollicer. Eventually. Kim would <br />like to woik with youth anil drug education and prevention.
