• • <br />Plaaning Commission Recommendation <br />The Planning Commission voted S-1 to approve the renewal variance in accordance with the staff <br />recommendation, noted below. <br />Staff Recommendation <br />Reconunend that the City Council adopt the resolutions renewing the variances approved in <br />September and October of 2003 consisting of a lot area, lot width, 0 - 75’ & 250 ’ - 500’ zone <br />hardcover variances, and a lake setback variance. The resolutions have been amended to reflect a <br />November 2005 deadline for building permit submittal, as well as the updated code sections to <br />reflect the re-codification that has occurred since the original approval. <br />The applicants have also submitted a grading plan that has been approved by the City Engineer and <br />attached to this memo as Exhibit B. <br />COUNCIL ACTION REQUESTED <br />Adopt the attached Resolutions granting renewal variances for 3135 Casco Circle.
