Payment to the City of final plat review fees and legal review and filing fees in tlie amount <br />of $530.00 as established within Resolution No. 5099. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED tliat based on the findings of Resolution No. <br />5099, the City Council of the City of Orono does hereby approve the plat of SPRING HELL ESTATES, <br />Hennepin County, Mirmesota subject to the following declarations and conditions: <br />1.
