Revisions to the approved lighting plan (4 light standards) to add eight additional standards <br />for a total of 12. <br />2. Extension of the deadlines for construction of the approved Site Plan an additional year to <br />December 31, 2005 (P(' voted 7-0 to recommend approval on 10-18). <br />Additionally, please note that staff has granted administrative approval for minor revisions to the p;irking <br />lot layout in conjunction with reconstruction of drainage and storm sewer systems on the site. These <br />changes arc noted for your information. <br />Planning Commission Recommendation On October 18 Plamiing Commission voted 7-0 to <br />recommend approval of the requested extension, and tabled the lighting request for further <br />infomiation. On November 3, Planning Commission reviewed the additional infonnation <br />submitted and voted 6-0 to recommend approval of the proposed lighting plan, subject to: <br />1. Completion of all previously required screening plantings in the spring of 2005; and <br />2.
