#04-3007 <br />May 10,2004 <br />Page 8 <br />Staff Recommeodation <br />Staff recommends that the public hearing be held to determine whether the surrounding property owners <br />have any comments regarding the lot area variance or the nature of the property. <br />The application cannot proceed without MCWD comments and certification of the wetland boundaries. <br />The City Attorney also will be asked to provide comments regarding the legal aspects of the City’s wetland <br />designation.
