The Slate jurisdiction Sjuidclincs were set by the Minnesota Welland Conservation Act of 1991 (WCA). 1 bis Slate jurrsdicliou is administered by the Local Governmental Unit (LGU) with technical uuid.inee provided by the Board of Water and Soil Resources (BWSR). The Federal jurisdiction is administered by the U S. Anny Coqis of Engineers (COC or Corps).
