The garage is not included in this <br />project as a neighbor has expressed interest in purchasing the garage and moving it off the site. <br />We are currently advertising for sealed bids for the purchase and removal of the garage. <br />We have solicited quotations for this project and are recommending acceptance of the lowest <br />responsible quotation from Green Acres Tree Serv ice, Maple Plain, Minnesota in the amount $9,000 <br />for the 3422 Lync Avenue house demolition project. This project will be funded from the Park <br />Dedication Fund <br />COUNCIL ACTION REQUESTED: <br />Motion to accept quotation from Green Acres Tree Service, Maple Plain, Minnesota in the amount <br />$9,000 for the 3422 Lyric Avenue house demolition project to be funded from the Park Dedication <br />Fund with approval of a budget adjustment to reflect this expenditure.
