MIN'NtE^OrA “12 m <br />“52 <br />/4'2- <br />August 12, 2004 <br />To: Plaiuiing Commission and Orono Council <br />On September 7'", 2004 Woodhill Country Club will be closing its main clubhouse <br />approximately nine months for a major remodel. During this period of time activity at <br />Woodhill will be less than if the clubhouse were open. Woodhill needs to rent modular <br />space to have the phones answered in the vicinity r>f where the Members will be. The <br />Modular Space would also be used for an employees break area. Members will be at the <br />barn to play bridge, paddle teimis and other activities. With the clubhouse closed there <br />will be less activity at Woodhill, yet we would like to have an area for the Members to <br />gather. <br />This request would be for a period not to exceed 9 months. A small area by the barn <br />would be graded flat with it restored to the original grate after removal of the trailer. I <br />have enclosed pictures of the area we would like to place the trailer. <br />/^i
