Sec. 78-255. Area, height, lot width and yard requirements. <br />(a) Height. No structure or building in the R-ID district shall e.xceed 2'/i stories <br />m and shall not exceed 30 feet in height e.xcept as provided in section 78-1366. <br />Sec. 78-305. Height. <br />No structure or building in multiple-family planned residential (MFPR) project <br />shall exceed 2'/2 stories of and shall not exceed 30 feet in height except as provided in <br />section 78-1366. <br />Sec. 78-572. Building height. <br />Within any RS seasonal recreational district, no structure or building shall exceed <br />2'/» stories of and shall not exceed 30 feet in height except as provided in section 78- <br />1366. <br />Sec. 78-646. Area, height, lot width, setback requirements and design requirements. <br />(i) Height. No structure or building shall exceed 2*/a stories eF and shall not <br />exceed 30 feet in height except as provided in section 78-1366.
