Are there any other issues or concerns with this application? <br />Staff Recommendation <br />Denial of both the hardcover variance and the conditional use permit request. The <br />applicant should revise his plan to incorporate a smaller detached garage or reduce the <br />total foot print area in order to achieve 25% hardcover within the 75’-250 ’ zone. The <br />applicant should also be advised to revise his plan to incorporate minimal grading only <br />needed to remove the retaining wall constructed by the previous owner.
