Ing conditions have been placed on this event: • By acceptance of this special event pernut, the permit holder, on behalf of any and all organizations and private pcisons, grants authority to operate under the special event penrut. and agrees to indenuhfy and hold haimless tlic City of Orono from all claims aiising from said event. The permit holder, all organizations and private persons exercising authority under tins permit, do waive and release all claims against the City of Orono, its officers or employees for any damage to person or property aiising from the exercise of privileges granted by this pernut and agrees to hold harmless the City of Orono, its employees and officers from any such claim. • The Orono Police Department and its officers arc empowered to revoke this special event permit at any lime for any safety concerns that arc not immediately resolved by the pernut holder or a icpresciitalivc of the pernut holder.
