These hearings are held <br />in late November or early December. Because the hearings cannot conflict among the various <br />taxing jurisdictions, there are only a small number of potential dates available to the City. The <br />dates are shown on the attached ealendar. it is recommended that the initial hearing be set for <br />S:30 p.m. on Monday, December 6, and the continuation or subsequent hearing be scheduled <br />for 7:00 p.m. on Monday, December 13. <br />COUNCIL ACTION REQUESTED: <br />Motion to set the Truth in Taxation Initial I tearing for S:30 p.m., Monday, December 6, and the <br />Continuation or Subsequent Hearing for 7:00 p.m., Monday, December 13, with both hearings <br />to be held in the Council Chambers. <br />Wmd ActimAIOCMNTNT IlMrii« Diim wp4 <br />n <br />I j <br />»1
