We have been very satisfied with the performance <br />of our existing chipper and our rec- ' amending the purchase of another Vermeer brush chipper. This <br />equipment will be purchased thrju. ’h the State of Minnesota Cooperative Purchasing Program. <br />Vermeer BCI400 XL Brush Chipper, State Bid Price $24,210 <br />Existing Brush Chipper Trade in Allowance ~$5,000 <br />6.5% Sales Tax $1,250 <br />Total Cost $20,460 <br />COUNCIL ACTION REQUESTED: <br />Approve purchase of Public Works replacement brush chipper from Vermeer Sales & Service, <br />Burnsville, Minnesota at a total cost of $20,460 to be funded from the year 2004 Improvement and <br />'3quipment Outlay Fund budget.
