The proposed improvements include <br />the construction of a berm along C.R. 6 and associated site grading for a new home construction. We have the <br />following comments with regards to engineering matters: <br />• The proposed berm is located along the south side of the proposed driveway. The grading plan docs <br />not indicate a ditch between the toe of the berm and the driveway. The grading plan should be revised <br />to include a ditch along the south side of the driveway. <br />• We visited the site and discovered a culvert parallel to C.R. 6 under the existing shared driveway. The <br />proposed berm appears to impede flows to this culvert.
