b. The applicruits will comply with the recommendations of the City <br />Engineer which are as follows: <br />i. Metal fence posts shall be required for all silt fence installation <br />due to the potential of winter construction issues; and <br />ii. Construction entrance detail plate is required. Included must <br />be geotextile liner, size of material accepted and minimum <br />dimensions. 50’ long by 16’ width recommended; and <br />iil. Indicate locations of blanket on plan, all 3:1 slopes or steeper; <br />and <br />iv. Indicate limits of cleari;'.^ and grading, as well as any land <br />disturbance on plan; and <br />V. Silt fence should be indicated around septic locations; and <br />vi. In the SE corner of lot where concentrated drainage may be an <br />issue, consider adding a second wrapped row of silt fence to <br />control concentrated flow issues; and <br />vii. In NW comer of lot, the end of the silt fence shall be wrapped <br />towards the proposed home to contain runoff conditions, rather <br />than abruptly ending the silt fence line; and <br />viii. Install silt fence on the north side of the driveway to control <br />runoff situations. There is currently no storage volume for <br />sediment laden water to store; and <br />ix. Note on plan locations for stockpiles and temporary control <br />measures for stockpiles during construction; and <br />X. Under Erosion Control Note 4, change “send” to “seed”; and <br />xi. Under Erosion Control Note 3, indicate when removal of <br />triangular silt dikes should be completed; and <br />Page 2 of 5
