Lot area variance to permit construction of a new residence on a lot which is 0.61 acres in area when 1.0 acres is normally required. 2. Lot w idth variance to permit construction of a new residence on a lot w hich is 67.5 feet in width at the shoreline and 107.5 feet in >vidth at the 75 foot setback when 140 feet is normally required. Statff' Recommendation: Staff recommends approval of the variances as submitted stipulating implementation of the recommendations of the City Engineer letter dated 7-6- 04.
