The term of the agreement is for one year, commencing July 15,2004 and terminating July 14, <br />2005. The agreement will be automatically extended for successive one-year terms upon the <br />same terms, conditions and covenants, unless the Task Force is dissolved prior to expiration of <br />the initial or successive term. <br />The attached Agreement has been approved by the Task Force Members and is being presented <br />to each Governmental Unit for final approval. <br />COUNCIL ACTION REQUESTED; <br />Motion to approve multi-agency task force agreement. <br />Motion to provide $10,000 to fund start-up costs to Hen.''.^ County for exclusive use of this <br />task force, and budget adjustment, from the forfeiture fund. <br />Motion to accept donation of $20,000 electronic equipment from Hennepin County to the Task <br />Force. <br />Motion to approve insurance purchase at $300, and budget adjustment from the forfeiture fund.
