The applicant has agreed to this plan and it is <br />shown in Exhibit B. <br />The grassed area along the southern border would remain grassed and the area between <br />the two retaining walls could be better maintained and further vegetated with shrubs, <br />which would be handled at the time the applicant replaced the retaining walls.
