V. ‘ <br />i <br />A RESOLUTION REVISING THE <br />BROWN ROAD N./ COUNTY ROAD 6 SEWER EXTENSION <br />ASSESSMENT ROLL <br />WHEREAS, on November lO"' 2003 the Orono Cit> Coun<*»l approved Resolution <br />No. 5077 adopting the asse.ssment roll for the Brown Road N./ County Road 6 Sanitarj’ Sewer <br />Extension improvements as Le\7 No. 15914. and this levy included a 15 year assessment at 6.25% <br />interest in Ihc amount of $25,500 beginning in 2004 against the property at 2100 Sixth Avenue <br />North, PID# 27-118-23-31-0024. <br />WHEREAS, after assessment of the year 2004 principal and interest the current <br />principal amount remaining on the assessment for the property at 2100 Sixth Avenue North is <br />$23,800 for tlie remaining 14 years of the assessment. <br />Minnesota: <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of Orono. <br />Hereby approves a reduction of $8,500 for the assessment against the property at <br />2100 Sixth Avenue North, PID^ 27-118-23-31-0024, resulting in a principal amount <br />of $15,300 for the remaining 14 years of this a.ssessment. <br />Adopted by the City Council of Orono this 9th day of August, 2004. <br />A'TESr: <br />Linda S.
