MS4s can provide better and more consistent stormwater messages <br />at lower cost. <br />recommend the following schedule of annual program support based on community size: <br />City Population Annual Support Level <br />0-10.000 $500 <br />10,000-20,000 $1,500 <br />20.000 - 40,000 $2,500 - S3.500 <br />40,000 - up $3,500-$5,000 <br />Payment can be made to "Watershed Partners / Hamline University" and mailed to: <br />Center for Global Environmental Education <br />Hamline University <br />1536 Hewitt Avenue <br />St. Paul MN 55104 <br />The Center for Global Environmental Education at Hamlinc University serves as fiscal agent for Metro <br />Watershed Partners. Metro ^Vatc^Shcd Partners is a collaboration of 40 water resource education agencies <br />and organizations in the Twin Cities metro area.
