Address issues of concern noted 4t <br />your last meeting, then direct staff to draft a resolution for preliminary plat approval. <br />Plca.se review the additional exhibits provided by the applicant, including the conceptually proposed house <br />locations and footprints. The applicant has also provided a copy of the agreement he has reached wuh <br />Mary Duiui regarding access to the site.
