Planning Director Mike (ialTron, <br />Planner Melanie Curtis, City Engineer Tom Kellogg, Public Scmcc Director Greg Gappa, and <br />Recorder Knsti Anderson. <br />Council memlK’r Bob Sansevere was absent. <br />Mayor Peterson called the meeting to order at 7:01 P.M <br />C'ONSENT AGENDA <br />1. Approve/Amcad <br />Items HA, 10, II, 12, 1.1, 14, 15, 16, and 17 were added to the Consent Agenda. <br />Wkite moved, McMillan seconded, to approve the Consent Agenda as amended. Vote: Aves 4, <br />Nays 0. <br />APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br />*2. Reconvened Board of Appeal and Eqnali/ation Meeting of IMay 10, 2004 <br />White Moved, McMillan seconded, .Approving the Minutes of the Reconvened Board of <br />Appeal Meeting Minutes of May 10,2004 as presented. VOTE: Ayes 4, Nays 0. <br />*3. Rice asked stalT when the vacant Park Commission seal would be <br />advertised. <br />Moorsc stated that the v’acancy would be advcrti.sed the following weekend. <br />Mtiiphy suggested that the I’ark ('ommission consider moniitiring the Excel iinergy and E>.NR tree <br />trimming eflorts along the Luce Line trail Me indicated that it was the opinion of many tliaf the <br />trimming had become more ot a nondiscnminalory mass cutting, in an effort to rid the trail of <br />exotics, such as buckthorn While di.scu.ssu»ns with the DNR and Exeel are ongoing.
