f <br />Trash handling facilities as shown on the Preliminary Site Plan and on the <br />submitted cross-sectional views anached as Exhibit__, shall be fully enclosed <br />from view via trash enclosures constructed of the same building materials as <br />the principal structure and shall be further screened with 4-season vegetation. <br />Such structures shall be readily served through swinging doors, which shall <br />incorporate substantial metal frames. <br />Applicants' architect shall submit final development plans to the Metro Council <br />Environmental Services to determine the exact number of SAC units to be <br />charged for each building at the time of the issuance of building permits. <br />Stormwater Management . A stormwater management plan shall be submitted <br />by the Developer which shall be reviewed by the City Engineer to confirm it <br />is in compliance with City standards. All stormwater from the site shall be <br />directed to the regional pond immediately west of the site which was designed <br />with capacity for development of this site. Developer shall provide suitable <br />evidence of Minnehaha Creek Watershed District (MCWD) approval of the <br />stormwater management plan before General Development Plan Approval will <br />be granted. Erosion control shall adhere to "Best Management Practices for <br />Protecting Water Quality in Urban Areas". All erosion controls as required <br />by the City and by the MCWD shall be in place prior to commencement of <br />excavation on the site. <br />B <br />C. <br />16) This concept plan approval is based upon the known issues that may affect <br />this project, but this tqiproval does not limit the City from revising or amending <br />these conditions as the review process continues. <br />Platting Process. Applicant shall complete all requirements for Final Plat Approval <br />as outlined in a forthcoming Preliminary Plat Approval Resolution. <br />Plans and Specincations.
