No structure (temporary or permanent), till, deposit, obstruction, <br />storage of materials, equipment, or other use may be allowed as conditional uses which, <br />acting alone or in combination with existing or reasonably anticipated future uses, <br />adversely affect the capacity of the floodway or increases flood heights.
