Is the need for the 3-stall detached garage/recreation building reasonable due to the <br />constraints of the property and that a hardcover variance is needed to support it? <br />4. Are there any other issues or concerns with this application? <br />Staff Recommendation <br />Approval of the plans as submitted incorporating the following stipulation: <br />1.
