MN 55323 <br />RE: StoneBay Marketplace Re-Submittal <br />Dear Mr. Gaffron, <br />On behalf of our client, Landform is pleased to submit this revised narrative and plans <br />for PUO concept stage plan, PUD general plan, commercial site plan, preliminary plat, <br />and final plat for Outlot A. StoneBay, located at the northwest corner of the intersection <br />of Willow Drive and Highway 12. <br />We are proposing a commercial planned unit development with 28,750 square feet of <br />retail/office development on this 3.69-acre outlot. The StoneBay Marketplace narrative <br />is attached for your review.
