Application Summary: Applicant requests a conditional use permit to allow plumbing to be installed, consisting of a batlvoom with tub, shower and sink, within an existing detached garage. Sla//Recommendation: Staff recommends approval of the plans as submitted. Pertinent Zoning Ordinance Sections Sec. 78-418. Conditional uses. Within any RR-IB onc-family rural residential district, no structure or land shall be used for the following uses without a conditional u.se permit: (16) The provision of a toilet, bathtub or shower in an accessory building. Approval shall be conditioned on provi.sion of municipal sanitary sewer or a conforming sewage treatment system designed to heuidle the anticipated flows from the building plumbing.
