ORDINANCE NO __, THIRD SERIES <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE CITY OF ORONO ZONING CODE <br />SECTION 78-281 THROUGH 78-300 <br />REGARDING LAKESHORE RESIDENTIAL DISTRICTS <br />The City Council of Orono ordains as follows: <br />Section 1: Municipal Zoning Code Section 78-281 is hereby revised by repealing <br />Sec. 78-281. Setback regulations; Sec. 78-282. Lakeshore hard cover and land alteration <br />regulations; and Sec. 78-283. Tree removal regulations. <br />Section 2: This Ordinance shall be published in 1 HE PIONEER and THE LAKER <br />newsp^ers and shall become effective upon approval and publication. <br />Adopted by the City Council of Orono on this 24* day of May, 2004 by a vote of <br />____ayes and_____nays. <br />Barbara A.
