Police Service Agreement with Spring Park, Continued <br />Chief Good commented about how well both cities, staff, and councils worked together on the S-ycar <br />rolling contract with the City of Spring Park. She commended the officers for their excellent work <br />and years of dedicated service to both cities. Chief Good stated that this contract would not be <br />possible without the strong involvement of the communities which the police department serves. <br />White moved, Murphy seconded, to approve the five-year rolling police service agreement with <br />Spring Park for the years 2005-2009 and thereafter renewable yearly. <br />VOTE: Ayes 4, Nays 0. <br />*18. Recognition of Sandra Smith’s Dedicated Service on the Planning Commission - <br />Resolution No. 5173 <br />Murphy moved, McMillan seconded, to adopt RESOLUTION NO. 5173, a resolution of <br />appreciation recognizing Sandra Smith’s dedicated service on the Planning Commission. <br />VOTE: Ayes 4, Nays 0. <br />*19. Recognition of Elizabeth Hawn’s Dedicated Service on the Planning Commission — <br />Resolution No. 5174 <br />Murphy moved, McMillan seconded, to adopt RESOLUTION NO. 5174, a resolution of <br />appreciation recognizing Liz Hawn’s dedicated service on the Planning Commission. <br />VOTE: Ayes 4, Nays 0. <br />CITY ATTORNEY’S REPORT <br />Attorney Barrett had nothing to report. <br />*20.
