The City <br />shall not accept renewal license applications received after March 1 unless the application i«^ <br />accompanied bv a late fee of S25.Q0. <br />REVIEW PROCEDURE <br />When a complete application is received, the application will be reviewed by the City Council and, <br />in the case of new or unusual applications, or applications proposing substantial changes from prior <br />licenses, also by the Planning Commission and/or a specially appointed Marina Committee. The <br />Council will take action on the application after complete review. <br />THE SUBJECT DOCK MAY BE INSTALLED AND/OR OPENED FOR USE ONLY UPON <br />APPROVAL OF THE LICENSE BY THE CITY COUNCIL. <br />Pursuant to Sections 94-36 through 94-38 of the Orono Municipal Code, the applicant hereby <br />requests the Orono City Council to review this Joint Use Dock License Application, and agrees and <br />authorizes the City of Orono and the City’s employees and agents to enter upon the property at any <br />reasonable time to perform safety and code compliance inspections. <br />Date
