Sandra is not able io attend a Council meeting, due to a conflict with <br />her professional schedule. It is recommended the resolution be adopted and forwarded to Sandra <br />with a letter of appreciation. <br />COUNCIL ACTION REQUESTED: <br />Motion to adopt the attached resolution of appreciation recognizing Sandra Smith ’s dedicated <br />service on the Planning Commission.
