^ ;Kjm^ <br />Hardship statement: <br />We feel that with our ideas and the city ’s support, we can make this business into a <br />great place for families. We are already adjacent to a beautiful park. We sec this as a <br />place that people can go that is “family friendly ”. We want to help beautify the <br />community of Navarre. <br />We need the variance because the existing structure is in the setback area. As a <br />business, we need to have convenient parking. <br />There needs to be access for handicap. The drive-up and close parking spaces are a <br />great way to do this. At our current coffee shop, we have a drive up. (We are closing <br />due to County Rd 15 realignment.) We have at least 10-15 customers that use the <br />drive up everyday because they are physically challenged.
