MCWD granted approval as presented. <br />Staff Recommendation <br />Staff concui's with the recommendation of the Planning Commission and recommends approval per the <br />attached resolution. <br />COUNCIL ACTION REQUESTED <br />Motion to adopt the attached resolution approving the necessary variances and CUP for the proposed <br />wetland alteration to improve tlic Big Island access between Lots 38 and 39, Morse Island Park.
