Conditional uses. <br />Within any RR-IB one-family rural residential district, no structure or land shall be used <br />for the following uses without a conditional use permit; <br />(4) Golf courses, country clubs, tennis clubs, public swimming pools serving more <br />than one family, scout camps, YMCA camps, YWCA camps, church camps, or <br />private nonprofit parks, playgrounds and other similar uses.
