Staff Recommendation: Staff recommends approval of the plans as submitted, Pertinent Zoning Ordinance Sections Sec. 78-418. Conditional uses. Within any RR-IB one-family rural residential district, no structure or land shall be used for the following uses without a conditional use permit; (4) Golf courses, country clubs, tennis clubs, public swimming pools serving more than one family, scout camps, YMCA camps, YWCA camps, church camps, or private nonprofit parks, playgrounds and other similar uses. The principal structure for any of these uses shall be 100 feet or more from any abutting lot in an R district, and accessory structures shall be a minimum of 50 feet from any lot line.
