Council deliberation <br />City Review <br />The City s authority and concern in its review of the liquor license application is the proi.ction <br />of the public health, safety ^d welfare. The City ’s review of the application has address^ this <br />concern in two ways. One is through a background investigation of the applicant for the liquo. <br />license. The second is through a review of the impacts on the area properties of granting the on- <br />sale liquor license. <br />The Police Department has conducted a background investigation of the applicant.
