EXHIBIT R <br />The Police department has contacted Metro Transit about moving the bus shelter, and they arc <br />willing to work with the City on moving the shelter. The shelter will be moved to the far northeast <br />comer of the Keaveny property, and this will require obtaining an easement from the property owner. <br />The size of the easement is dependant on the exact location of the property comer. This location will <br />have minimal impact on the property. <br />COUNCIL ACTION REQUESTED:
