The variances include: <br />1. Second story structure encroaching within 0-75' setback zone, 46’ from shoreline. <br />3. Second story addition encroaching 2.9 feet from left side lot line. <br />4. Two story garage structure encroaching 6.9 feet from right side lot line. <br />5.
