1^'IKLt <br />CITY of OROXO <br />esHo; <br />RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br />NO. € 9 0 >!> ■ <br />A RESOLUTION AMENDING <br />RESOLUTION NO. 4479 <br />FILE NO. 2587 <br />WHEREAS, on June 12,2000, the City Council of the City of Orono (the “City”) <br />adopted Resolution No. 4479 granting preliminary platting of a section of public road easement <br />located at 4575 Wayzata Boulevard approval; and <br />WHEREAS, Resolution No. 4479 required that Richard Rudd and Shane Rudd (the <br />“Applicants ”) submit final plat for approval no later than December 31,2003; and <br />WHEREAS, the Minnesota Department of Transportation (“MnDot ”) has delayed <br />construction of ap access road which will serve the Rudd's proper^; and <br />WHEREAS, the Applicants have requested an additional year before having to <br />submit the final plat as a result of MnDot's postponement of the road way project. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of <br />Orono, Minnesota, as follows: <br />1. The effective period of preliminary plat approval i» hereby extended to December <br />31,2004; and <br />2.
