LICENSES <br />RESIDENTIAL KENNEL LICENSE <br />1, Kevin Garnett <br />450 Orono Orchard Road <br />2. LuAnn and David Runkle <br />2684 Casco Point Road <br />Murphy voiced his concern that the City would approve the kennel license for Mr. Garnett. He <br />stated that it is unnerving at times to see 5-7 rottweillers and other dogs running the fence line. <br />Mayor Peterson asked if the City had received any complaints that they were aware of. <br />Although there was considerable concern early on, Moorse stated that he was unaware of additional <br />complaints. <br />Murphy moved, White seconded, to approve all licenses. VOTE: Ayes 5, Nays 0. <br />*21. BILLS <br />Mnrphy moved, White seconded, to approve payment of the All Funds Account.
