We <br />have die following coimnents with regards to engineering matters: <br />• The plans should include topography and contours extending SO-feet beyond all lot lines. <br />• Plans should include any existing storm sewer or culverts on the property or in Baldur Park <br />Road adjacent to the property. <br />• Silt fence should be heavy duty type with steel t-posts.
