EXIDBITB Hardship Statement In order to get a better idea of what construction actually took place, I’ve included before and after pictures of the proper^. We tiien had to add 12 sq. ft of stairs in order to align tiiem with the door for safety reasons. We removed 36 sq. ft ofdeck on the second story due to unsafe rotting wood. For safety reasons, we would like to put it bade on once the problem is taken care of inside tiie home.
