MN S5356 <br />COPIES: <br />TYPE OF APPLICATION: Conditional Use Permit - Plumbing in Accessory Structure <br />DATE OF MEETING: March 8, 2004 VOTE: 3 FOR 2 AGAINST <br />Motion: Approve CUP for Plumbing in Accessory Structure, subject to: <br />1.The applicants shall, prior to the resolution taking full effect and within 90 days of the date of <br />the resolution, remove the following existing kitchen fixtures and facilities from the structure in <br />question: <br />• cooktop (no oven exists) <br />- refrigerator <br />- water supply plumbing to the kitchen sink (sink basin and stand may remain in place <br />without water supply plumbing; waste plumbing does not have to be removed) <br />2.The applicants shall executing the resolution agieeing and covenanting that the property will be <br />bound by the following conditions: <br />B) <br />C) <br />D) <br />Kitchen fixtures including refrigerator, stove/range/cooktop, and water supply to the <br />kitchen sink, shall not be reinstalled or installed in il.o accessory structure unless specific <br />approval to do so is granted by the City Council, and installation of such fixtures in the <br />future without City Council approval shall be considered a violation of the conditions of <br />this resolution; <br />The accessory building will not be used for a home occupation unless specifically <br />approved by City or if allowed by City code; <br />The accessory building will not be used as a dwelling unless a guest house CUP is <br />obtained (site is not large enough to qualify); L^d <br />The accessory building will not be rented, leased or otherwise provided for use as a <br />dwelling under any circumstances. <br />Applicant's next scheduled meeting is confirmed as: <br />City Council - Monday, March 22, 2004; meeting starts at 7:00 p.m. <br />While this will not be placed on the consent agenda due to the 3-2 vote, no discussiou is a:iticipated and the <br />sole purpose of this being on the agenda is for Council to take formal action on the final wordmg of the <br />Resolution. <br />If you desire ccrtincd copies of lltc ofllcial Council minutes, they arc available from the City Clerk after review and <br />approval by the City Council.
