4. <br />5. <br />6. <br />7. <br />ATTEST; <br />Minor changes in the location, placement and height of smictures may be <br />authorized by the Development Review Committee if required by engineering or <br />other circumstances not foreseen at the time the final plan was approved and filed <br />with the Zoning Administrator. <br />Changes in uses: Significant changes in the location, size, or height of the <br />Medical Office structure, and any other changes to the qiproved final <br />development plan deemed by the Zoning Administrator to be significant may be <br />made only after a public hearing conducted by the Council. Any changes shall be <br />recorded as amendments to the recorded copy of the final development plan. <br />If substantial development has not occurred within one year after approval of <br />PUD No. 4 as set forth in the Planned Unit Development No. 4 Agreement, the <br />City Council may declare the approvals granted within this resolution and within <br />said Agreement as null and void. <br />The approvals granted in this Resolution shall become effective only when <br />all conditions of approval requiring actions by the Applicants have been satisfied. <br />Adopted by the City Council of Orono this 12'*' day of April, 2004. <br />Linda S.
