A permit for removal of the existing <br />residence was applied for in February of this year. <br />Staff Recommendation: Staff recommends approval subject to a number of conditions. <br />Pertinent Code Section <br />78-72(B)(2): 2. In "R" Districts ofGrcater Than One Acre and Served by Public Sanitary Sewer.
