State law provides that Cities shall make decisions <br />on zoning requests within 60 days from the ^te of application, and that this review <br />period may be extended by notification to the applicant. Your application was received <br />on January 21,2004 and considered complete on February 11, 2004. The 60-day review <br />period would end on April 11, 2004. The City Council granted approval of the <br />commercial site plan review on March 10, 2004 and directed staff to draft a Resolution <br />gran ting approval and a PUD Agreement. You are scheduled to be heard at the April 12, <br />2004 City Council meeting to formally adopt the Resolution and approve the PUD <br />Agreement Because this falls after the 60-day period, the 60-day review period is <br />here,’y extended an additional 60 days to June 10, 2004.
